I have a 94 factory turbo truck, when I was pulling the valve covers I had to pull what I believe is called the CDR on the drivers side cover?:dunno The grommet that plugs into the valve cover is in half and hard as a rock. It seems to be discontinued from ford! Has anyone found a replacement!?

Contact typ4 (Russ) here. I think he may have several of these difficult to find grommets.

Is is the stock CDR grommet or something special that ATS uses?

Any photos?

If you know the dimensions, I would look at mcmaster.com. Or if you have a good rubber and gasket shop around they will likely be able to find one for you, by dimensions or if you just bring them the two parts you need to make a seal between they'll go off that. There has just got to be one that would fit perfect that is commonly available, but finding it may be difficult.

I think you can order one from the IH house (cant remember if that was just the CDR or grommet too)
