I'll have to do some looking on ebay for filters, I just got an air operated pump -hopefully it will do the trick pushing oil through a couple filters.

5 pack of 1 micron filter bags for $16.99.

My Powerstroke's OEM fuel filter is rated at 7 microns. I always filter (my WVO) to 1 micron...because it's no more work. Heat the WMO to about 120*F for faster filtering.

The pneumatic pump arrived - turns out it just applies air pressure to the barrel to push out fluid - so the barrel better be sealed! At this point I'm pushing through a marine fuel filter water separator that I had around with a 1/2" npt filter head, I'm not sure the micron rating on the filter - but as I recall they are pretty fine (this was from an offshore racing type engine setup) I need to try to cross reference the racor filter number to find out.

I will need a trip to the hardware store for additional filter setup and fittings.

What NPT size Do the house water filter type setups have?

try vegpower.com, i use em and they are like 22.00 for 5 , 1 micron rating ,,,work good for wmo
