ok on my f350 srw i have cut out fender flares, well if you look at the trk from the rear it looks like the rear tires are tucked up in there pretty far. well i did some measuring and for the rear wheels to look right i need them to be between 3 to 4 inches(on each side) wider apart. i am figuring that a drw will put me to where i need to be. i found a cab and chassis drw 10.25 rear axle but i measured it and it was the same as my srw axle. the only differance was where the spring perches were on the axle. so now im looking at a reg pickup drw axle. i didnt really want to run spacers, but depending on cost i might be interested. i have three 10.25 srw axles, i would be interested in some trading, but due to milage i dont believe that would happen. one is 4.10 ls, one is 4.10 reg. and one is 4.56 ls with 500 miles on it, fully rebuilt with new clutches and all. now the way i have been measuring them is from where the axle tube is pressed into the center section to the flange (where the backing plate bolts on) foxman, will you please measure your axle from there on both sides and let me know what the measurement is please? also idipwr, how wide are your adapters? may i get some pics of your adapters please? i am very interested in these items. thank you for bearing with me.
