I see.
I'd like to go 3.55. 3.73 wouldn't be a big change, but for my driving may be worth it

Need 4.10's to tow...and run the 38's LOL

Also only seeing as it is only a 450 RPM diff between the two so a 3.73 would barely be worth effort to swap IMHO.

Did I ever put a picture up of my torque mulitiplier for the king pins? It lets you use a standard 125 ft lb clicker wrench. If you are interested let me know. It's nothing special. I made it myself.

What a day....

So when I was say 5lbs boost at around 2400 2600 rpm engine fell flat on its face big time...choked off completely.

Culprit was a 90 deg 3" rubber boot between air filter housing and turbo...my solution today...make a 3" aluminum 90 sleev fitting inside the boot to combat this collapsing situation....success! I can now get more boost and run to the governor!

Next a quick weld of wing back onto bumper....

Found my inside radius modified CSEK so now I will begin my 4.10 swap so I can finally have 4wd and later run my 38's.

Guessing since E4OD build is too $pendy right now I will do an engine swap instead removing the engine from the 91 and dropping turbo on it. Stick this oil leaker/oil burning beast into the 91 and maybe sell it.

Well nuff fer now...back at it in a few.

Tomorrow wire brush off rear face and the diff cover.... axle shaft faces and hub faces..clean out inside of diff old oil etc and prep for bearing race install.

Setup CSEK and check beaing torque load. Then once set install pinion seal amd yoke and carrier w lunch box.

Swap out rear drive shaft for correct one w larger ujoints

Add front drive shaft....

Prep up the skid plates for tcase and midship fuel tank.

Woo hoo...look out 4x hear I come

Oh ya suppose should add in my rear wiring for trailer plug...and midship box plug for either a slide in camper or 5th wheel.

Tired of this truck not being what it can!

Whenever you run big tires, you really gotta gear her down to make up for the extra weight and increased effective ratio.I bet she feels like a truck again.
