Muffler just a little

I have 4" straight pipes into duel stacks and I love the sound of the turbo but the clatter when I get on it is just too much. cops are getting sound meters now around hear. Is there a muffler that will stop that clatter and keep the good flow and turbo sound in 4" and I am on a buget. 2000 PSD F-350

I have a 4" flow pro muffler i got with my system and dont need i would be willing to get rid of if you are interested. If you would like i can get you some pictures and talk about a price.
