little black box?

Anyone have any idea what this little black box up on the front left(pass) side of the engine is and what it does? Its rught next to the cold idle switch... if the weathers nice ill try and snap a pic of it in the am if no one knows what im talkin about

I know what yout refering to but... I have forgotten what it is. I know it was something special and we can't run without it.. I'm watching this too...
