Lifting bracket turbo install question?

if it was me and a mission to get bolts be dam sure I would be using what I had available

I had to cut about a 1/4 inch off mine. I even tried bolts from another older engine, They fit in the older one ok?

Do what ya gotta do. Measure twice etc...

Just me, but don't cut up those lift brackets. They are so useful to lift a lot of other things.

Agreed! I was able to source some shorter bolts.

Those bolts that hold the lifting lugs DO have a longer reach so please... Be careful. Without the brackets those bolts will bottom out. And its very difficult to see it. Happened to me on more than one occasion.....
