Lifting 89 2x4??????

Hello everyone looking to lift my 89 with ibeams woundering what some of you all have done I'm not looking for a body lift my personal opion on those is their really hooky just slapped together and they start to squeak after time lazy man lift any input will be very helpfull thanks.

first of all...theres nothing wrong with body lifts. but a lift over 2 inches or so will need drop brackets and that will get expensive

no nothing wrong with them bt like i stated not my style there what ford puts on a brand new truck with wheels and makes people go aww cause its quick and cheap fix but does not fix tires rubbin they have no function there just for looks im looking for a suspension lift i have a 90 ranger with bent beams its a prerunner works great just not sure i want to bend them on my diesel drop down brakets are expensive and can cause problems my friend ripped the brackets right out of the frame not good at all any other ideas iv'e heard alot also adjustable camber 3 pos with new springs and shocks for 3-4 in but from my thanking if the camber is off or shes pullin left or right theres no adjustment left correct?

Not exatly sure how much. Probally around 2in because it gives a nice leveled look. ( probally closer to 4 for me considering how bad this gasser springs are sagging)
I'm about to put some on my truck tho.

can i get some nice before and after pictures if you can i cant get my new wheels and tires to fit which is not good for me need. she needs new feet!!
