Check out the pic (if I attached it correctly) :rotflmao . What you see here are "aerospace shims" :rotflmao . I tried and can't find the replacement bushings (dealers useless). Anyboby know how to find them? :confused:

If you can't find any you could always get ahold of some hard plastic from an industrial supply house and machine your own. Sort of the hard way of going about it but it can be done.

mine does not have anything there. I believe that clamp is only used to keep the leaf springs in alignment.

I removed rusted parts from here (maybe you lost yours and didn't even know it). Ford dosn't show them on the fish reader.

I dunno, in my off-road vehicals, I take the bolt out, lets the springs open up a little more... Is it attached on the bottom to the bottom leaf there or is the stickies holding it from moving?

I think it's there to help keep them inline (which the u-bolts should be doing as it is). I know in my off road days I don't remember having a clamp out on the ends of the springs - I purchased the springs from Superlift - might have to dig up the videos and have a peek here in the next few days.
