almost finished with this kustom intercooler i am building for a cummins swap with no space in the front end. 3" inlet and outlet, 12.5" tall, 27" wide, 4.5" thick, should flow 1200 cfm, plenty for a 750 hp cummins.

cant say i'm a fan of the cummins swap but I am a big fan of those welds. Very pretty. I know that aluminum is a hard metal to get a good clean weld on, well for me at least when i tried it once.

good news is he is swapping out a chevy 6.5 for the cummins, thanks for the compliment

Pretty welds man, but pick A forum to post in. Putting the same thread in 3 or 4 forums doesnt do anybody any good.
