key won't shut engine down, lights for in dash stay on, but everything else goes off

After making up a whole new wiring harness for the glowplugs and FSS, the relay is now on the fenderwell and the system actually functions properly with the key now, thank you everybody for your help getting that figured out, now the truck has to wait until its cooler outside to get put the rest of the way back together
