So....

We have come to the conclusion that yes, you can indeed fit 36" tall tires without a lift. Will you have some clearance problems? More than likely.

Like i said only thing they rub on is the springs on a hard turn, but other than that nothing, my 33-1250 did the same thing, the wheels i got these 36 on arent hardly as wide as the ones the 33 are on so that might make some difference

That actually seems like a decent sized tire....little less wide, helps with road resistance, height lowers RPM's crusing. I might have to look into it.

I would like to see better pics.

The 11" width on 7" wheels will make them "clear" much better but that is not your typical 36" tire.

I still think they will slam the fender in a turn and bump situation

I tryed getting them to hit the fenders turning and hitting a bump, i couldnt ever get them too

Why does everyone not believe they won't hit fenders? Dude here in town got a 84 f250 4x4 gas and has 36 inch military tires on it without hitting fenders. He's done some pretty crazy **** in that truck and still hasn't hit fenders.

Because my truck w 6" of lift, yes I SAID SIX INCHES OF LIFT, barely cleared 37" tires on the road. If i went wheeling i would of ripped the fenders CLEAR OFF. So there is NO WAY that 36" tires will not rub on a STOCK F250.

And almost every aftermarket wheel/tire combo rubs the springs under full lock

i sorta agree with brad, i have 36's on mine with no lift, but lime is a 350 with 4 inches but out of the fenders. and i can still make them touch the fenders wheeling at full lock and stuff.

the dude with the 36s has done plenty of hard mudding and never rubbed it came close but never touched. i can make the 33s on my dodge mudder touch the fenders but its a 150.

Mudding is not wheeling and they came more than close

Stock height has 21.5" from the center of the locking hub to the top of the fender well opening and 20" from the center of hub to the front and back of the wheel well opening. If the tire is 36" tall you take half of that which is 18". So that would leave you 2" of clearance just going straight. If you turn the wheel you loose every bit of your 2", then the rubbing commences

So, every 4wd diesel Ford ever built is supposed to have EXACTLY the same right height and distance between the center of the lockout hub and the edge of the fenderwell? Doubt that.... That being the case, there is no need for an argument over all this. Not every truck is exactly the same which means they sure don't all sit the same. I have 35's on mine stock right height and heavy sag and my tires clear great, beatin and bouncing around in the bumps, whoops and sand pits. They do rub at full lock turns but so what....adjust the stops. if he can clear 36's with no issues, more power to him.

Maybe your just to ignorant to except that your not always right and your not always the guy with all the answers, i am completly and totally tired of how your treat me and other members on this forum, so tired of the way you do things that i have went from enjoying oil burners to not enjoying it at all, ALL because of you sir,

I tell you that only time it rubs is on the springs at full lock almost all tires do that on these truck when there 33 inches or taller, i show you pitures but you still disagree with my pictures so im done! i sware i honestly think you would argue with a stop sign,

IM tired of were this thread has went diesel brad has run it into the ground i ask for a moderator to please lock this thread or delete it before this fine brotherhood is ruined
