Just back from the machine shop, Pics!

Ok, kust left the shop and showed him the picture. He admitted his mistake and told me to bring it back. If they messed this up, how do I know the rest of the motor is correct? Also, I bought the ARP studs, they should be here in about 5 days.

That is a HUGH MISTAKE. Is there someway you could watch them when they re-do the pistons ?

Depending on wether they installed the rods correctly, they will have to press the pins out and rotate the piston's. As typ4 said about the radius side to the crank fillet.

Yes the pistons do protrude .040 above the head deck.

Well, my machine shop put the new pistons on the rods so do I assume they put them on the right way? Because I paid attention to the direction of the pistons.
