Quick question-- to turn down the fuel, turn in( clockwise)? And to turn the fuel up, counterclockwise? I looked but got no clear answer. Thanks

My understanding is opposite of that. All the way clockwise is full up.
From these instructions to INCREASE fueling:
"After the Allen Nut in the injector pump shows up, use your 5/32″ Allen Wrench and turn the nut clockwise"
From these instructions to INCREASE fueling:
"After the Allen Nut in the injector pump shows up, use your 5/32″ Allen Wrench and turn the nut clockwise"

When it's installed in your truck (not out in your hand or on a bench) turn the allen wrench toward the front of the truck to turn the fuel up, toward the back to turn it down. This is like telling someone how to loosen and tighten lug nuts, you're saying how to turn it over the top.
