nope.
no sense to. you already have ambient temp air.
intercooler brings the heated turbo air back down to ambient temp.

i have always wondered a similar Q. what about n/a or forcefed for that matter with w/m inj. before the ic, will it condence the water or would it just cool the air much better?

In fact, an intercooler would probably lower your power, since it would create more restriction that you need a turbo to overcome.

you'd just make the path that the air has to travel twice as long and way more convoluted. like stated above, the air temp is relatively that of the outside air.
