So never had any problem with the rear ABS before, but now i installed a hydroboost setup and took it for a test. So i smashed the brakes a few times for a test, all 4 locked up the rear ABS did its hop-scotch thing and all was fine. Now i look down and my rear abs light is on. When i turn the key on it comes on like normal then goes out then back on. Any ideas? I guessing i blew out some seals internally in the valve thingy in the frame?

mine does that also. calvin advisd that the hydroboost overpowers the rabs, therefore setting the dash light. your options are, ignore the light, like i do, or disconnect the bulb.

My hydroboost conversion didn't do this lite issue. I did change the master cylinder out to the F450 mc with the 1 5/16 bore. Now as my parking brake sets lower and lower to the floor I just manually adjust the rear brakes and all is good again. The brake peddle never does sink to the floor at stops nor does it set low to the floor...:sly

you didn't kill anything.
the hydro is just powering past the ABS's capabilities.

f450's didn't have ABS as an option.
they didn't want anything getting in the way of stopping a 15k gvw truck.
before you get all bent and stuff, make sure your rear brakes are adjusted up. that will cure the ABS light issue for most of the time.
