See what you can get man, the early small return system would probably be better. Mostly concerned about the return that goes to the hard line back to the tank, in terms of a newer return kit.

Hey redneck, your truck is a 7.3 it should have the later model kit, with the bigger return lines and fittings on the caps.

New Delphi's will come with the copper washers installed, so any you get in your return line kit will be surplus.

Russ, do you by chance have the facilities to rebuild/test/match non-IDI injectors? A friend of mine has an M-B 240D (I'm actually borrowing it from him at the moment  ) with what I'm pretty sure are *****'ed injectors...

Thanks! ;Sweet

Chevyboy, kit comes with hose, clamps, orings, caps and copper base washers.

The early kit is 6.9 and the first year of 7.3 or so I am told. The late has bigger line and different caps, all will fit with a hose mod or 2, the turbo kit is not available from this supplier, it is only 1 cap different IIRC.
MAt the kit comes with washers and has german hose, if you want clear I would recommend a short piece for testing purposes.
I just pop tested 24 new injectors and they have some range, 1700 to 1900. They will be within 50 psi per set when shipped.

Thanks russ, btw I'm not sure if you've mentioned it or not, but are you offering just the return kit? I'm curious because I'm about to do head gaskets and the rubber lines on this thing are crap
