Injection pump help

I have a 94 idi factory turbo. I’m getting fuel to the ip but getting nothing out. I checked the fuel shut off solenoid and it’s got voltage and it’s clicking. Still getting no fuel to injectors.

Metering valve is likely stuck, take the top cover off and move the linkage in the rear left corner until the metering valve moves freely.

Seems like everything is free inside. Still no fuel out the pump.

I wonder if the shaft could be snapped.

Maybe there's a passage inside that is plugged? Worst case scenario, maybe the driveshaft is broken?

I bought it from a guy I know. He took the turbo off to reseal cause it was eating oil. Had everything covered real good. I Put turbo on everything together put a new tank and sending unit on cause of rust and old age added a electric fuel pump and no fuel outta the IP. I know it ran before I got it.

How many rpms when cranking?

Tac shows about 300 I think

Maybe a dumb question No fuel with the lines opened to the injectors?

Yep. I’ve cracked them and taken them off completely

Pull all the glowplugs then crank until you have fuel, with the plugs out there’s no compression and the starter should spin it over much faster.
