In truck fuel heating

Just as an update, that 150w heater i got was worthless. 6 hours plugged in and the tank was still cold. Had probably 10 gal in it.

Coolant heat exchanger is probably next, if i feel i need it... My exhaust was a pain to put in place and i really dont want to cut it out... :)

What about using the transmission cooler in a radiator?

150w is too small. Did you check out the sizing chart on Kats website? I have a 500w on one of my fuel tanks FWIW

It was cheap and i was experimenting....lol

rjjp, I looked once before and i don't think i have one or i'd use it... :/
