got an f700 yesterday to put a grain dump on got a 7.8 6 sp and air brakes all for the price of $1250 and theres 2 more almost like it for the same price

Not too shabby!
The engine alone is worth 2500, even if it has 400k miles. Makes a great "big pickup" too. The power potential on the 7.8 isnt all that bad either.

It is a Ford, but made by New Holland in Brazil. It has "Ford" script on the valve cover too.

We had one at work in a Ford 9000 Vac truck. That thing would pull like a monster, it had a 5& a 2speed rear.Jim
