Don't know of any other thing other than the radiator support. Cable jumped off the hood latch on my 92, or I would take a look to see what plastic piece your referring to. If you can take a pic and post it, helps a great deal.

Here is a couple of pics of my 92 F350 but should be the same as a F250, maybe you can point out what you need.

It's called a header panel. I have 5 or 6 of them here.

No I'm away from the truck now. But it's the big plastic piece between the core support and your light
And idipwr, could u possibly take a pic of it?
Also how hard is it to change?
I need to change my headlight bezel as well and paint my lights black since I have to relocate my lights due to height

What about the ones inbetween my quarter panel and my light bezel?
Will I have to take my quarter panel apart?
I read that to Change the lights u gotta take off the core support, quarter panels and all the other reg bs?

No?

Once the grill and headlamp assemblies (just the turn signal/marker lamp/trim piece, the headlight itself can stay on the header) are off, you'll see how easy it is.

I wanna say most bolts were 8mm and 10mm.

There's actually two nuts to the marker/trim assembly IIRC.
One down low running through a hole in the core support next to a wire.

How quick you need it done?

Depending on work, I have a disassembly coming up that I could document with pics.
