I really appreciate the time in posting y'all's response. I called the guy I got the engine and hydro booster off of last night . I asked if he still had the truck if came out of , I got lucky , he does. He said if I'd drive back over I could have the pedals and master cylinder. Which would be a great deal . Except I live in Virginia, he lives in middle Kentucky . So I asked how much he'd charge to ship. He's supposed to call me back Tuesday . At least he still has it . I'll drive if I have to , but I think it'd be a lot cheaper to ship. When I talk to him Tuesday I'll see if he won't throw in the brake light switch with it . Thanks again

The possible problem with that is that the pedals may not work for your 1992 if they are coming out if a 1991 F-Superduty. At least the I know the auto pedals did not interchnage between a bricknose (1987-1991) and an OBS truck (1992-1997). Others that have done the hydro conversion will hopefully chime in here and confirm.
The first pic is theBOO switch from an F-Superduty.
The second pic is an auto pedal from an OBS truck
The third pic is the auto pedal from a Bricknose truck.
I know you have a ZF not an auto, but I can tell you the auto pedal from the Brick would not work in my OBS, but I am hoping someone who has done this swap on a manual truck can tell you for sure if the manual brick pedal will work in the manual OBS.My guess is it won't. EDIT see 79Jasper's post below - that is the info you need!

Thanks for bringing this up, I still get in the mindset that Ford made their OBS trucks kinda like GM. One size fits all. Seems like I'd learned better when I did the body swap. I failed to measure the wheel base on both vehicles , low and behold , the RCLB has a 5" shorter wheelbase than the ECSB. Go figure .Hence I was forced to chop 5" from the front of the bed . I was then educated that Ford actually had like a dozen and a half or so different frames for every series (ie. 250,350,450, and so on) even the dually trucks had their own frame , and it was size specific too. (250,350, etc.) I guess the pedal assemblies are no different.

Here is the quick and dirty....

If the truck you got the Hydro from is a standard, you can get the brake pedal and it will work for you. If it was an auto, it won't work in your pedal assembly.

If you cannot use the pedal I strongly suggest getting it any posting it in Market Place for someone who can!

You can redrill your pedal arm and do your own mod if need be by say 3/4" IIRC :dunno:sly

Got some good news....finally. I called the guy in Kentucky I got the motor from, and I asked him if he still had the pedals, and master cylinder from the truck I pulled everything from. He said yes, and I could have the pedals and master cylinder if I wanted them. So I figured that was a good deal, except for the drive out there. So I asked him if he'd ship them to me, he said yeah no problem. Now I've got everything I need. ;Sweet

One more thing. I've read several things on different threads on here about running a reservoir. I don't remember seeing one when I removed everything from the truck. Can someone clarify this for me?

Power steering pump reservoir. The hydroboost needs an additional return line port to return fluid from the brake booster to the power steering pump.

You really need this too. Some people have used a tee in the return line from the steering gear, but it causes problems to do it like this.

Ok , I have the original hydro pump and reservoir, but it is for a v-belt design . Does anyone know if I can pull the pulley and use it on my serpentine engine with the hydro ?

What I mean is will it work with the serpentine if I use the serpentine pulley. Or will it even fit ? I hope it will , this pump already has the return in the top for the booster

You can just swap reservoirs and the high pressure line fitting and will be good to go with plumbing the remainder of the hydroboost unit in.

I believe you can fit the serpentine pulley to the pump no matter what pump you use. Its the reservoir with the extra return line item you need just to be safe. but like Ron posted. He has been running a T for many miles with not ill effects.
