How to pull E4OD flashcode on a '89 diesel?/pulling the E4OD.

The TCM is located behind the drivers side kick panel. The plug is accessed from the engine compartment. In the pic, it's the plug with the bolt holding it in place.

I deconnected the EEC, and noticed that a few terminals had some slight corrosion on them.
Is there any tool very suited for to get that corrosion off?
