the top casing of the ve pump- where the accelrater shaft goes through has broken.
after taking the casing , off, i noticed the governer spring.
question-
after dissasembling,what are the marks to line up the spring/cam/shaft assembly?
as there are several ways to line it up.
is it, w.o.t, cam to just touch the casing??(viewed from the inside)
is it the markings on the casing, or when the gov' spring starts to pull??
