Yeppers they do work better that way. Glad it was that easy. I wonder if it was pulled loose back when you timed it? It was hot then and probably wasn't needed but now that it's cooler you noticed it.

Thanks, fellas. mine hasn't worked since reassembly after head gaskets, IP replacement, etc. this'll head me in the right direction. :thumbsup:

Morning low 30s in this no-snow area of mine, which, I know, is hardly winter to most of y'all. LOL

Yep, helps it work when it's actually plugged in lol. Or just put them on a toggle so you can have high idle whenever you want it.
