He doesn't list any problems but I can see it is RUSTY. Motor could be high mileage states 190k and at the same time that the odometer doesn't work. If it starts COLD and runs AND the 4x4 really works You can make a offer but $1600 is high for that truck.

I'd offer $1000, but I wouldn't go any higher than $1,200

Looks like the rust is just on the bed, you can buy a new bed for cheap (but it will probably still have the same amount of rust, so whatever) but it looks like the truck was in a crash (whole new front end and doors)

Just go look at it and give it a good once over.

He would replace the whole front end AND the doors, but NOT the bed? the CHEAPEST part? yeah right
