Im replacing all the innner and outer tie rod ends and the adjusting sleeves, I tried to search for the torque specs but couldnt find any, help please and I cant go home until I finish thanks.
That's something I have never torqued. A 7/8 wrench can muster up plenty of torque, don't make them crazy tight. I go just past snug then to the next hole that the cotter pin will align with.
Actually the nuts themselves werent very tight but it took a few good hits with my BFH to get them to come off the spindles and pitman arm, however I did find a torque spec for the tie rod ends it was listed at 65ftlbs but didnt find anything for the inner tie rod ends or the adjusting sleeves.
