Just so you can see the set up. I originally baught that flex line with the fittings to run all 8. But the threads were wrong so that didn’t work. Cut the end off the injector line that was still good and ran the hose from there to the jug as mentioned previously. There’s just the visual. About an hour down the road stopped and got a five gallon gas can cause it was filled up the jugs about 3/4 per 30-40 minutes. Pretty fast. At least faster than I would have thaught. I guess when that goes through the line under normal operation a chunk of that ends up going through the return lines.
Learned a lesson. Those clamps are very important that protect your fuel lines. Haven’t had em on for the past 6000 miles probably. And the results were rather serious for a seemingly minor part.
Going to the junkyard first thing in the morning to get some fuel lines and the clamps. And a few other parts to swap the tranny tomorrow. Thank goodness I was able to make it back tonight so I don’t have to waste a day driving 8 hours.
Honestly that guy was as much a blessing for me as I was for him cause I couldn’t have held the line in the just and drove at the same time. Or it would have been challenging
