Well theres another happy camper finding out quickly what the problem is and where to buy a repair. Thats to the quickness of the dog catcher who I'll bet learned his quick moves on the streets rounding up strays for the good of the city..... Or some stew pot down town....

BTW I learned something from this request. I did not know the switch was a problem but I did know about the resister in the box being a problem. Those that live where pine needles or leaves or small critters can get into the heater ducts and make nests knows the smell of burning rat *** or the leaves burning from the resister heating up. Its a scarey thing to see smoke blowing out your vents as you drive down the roads. That resister controls the speeds the blower motor runs at. Guess where the amps go when your on low speed. They are transferred into heat in the resister. then if there is any combustibles in there its fire time...
