Heater fan sucks

Is it possible the resistor is blown? I get next to nothing at the 3 lower speeds, its only usable on high and it still sucks. Where to start?
If it is the resistor, where is it located?

Yes. The resisters burn out and then you get just one speed. Usually it high speed too. When they are set for low speeds the resister builds heat to take away the volts and amps to run the motor on high speed. They don't last forever. I get at it you need to remove the fan motor. then its found just inside the fan box. Can't get to it any other way either.

Fan box, do i remove the glive box to get to it? I replaced heater core not long ago. Im assuming its a little to the left when you remove the glove box?

Nope. Its in the engine bay on top of the passenger side fender well. It has 4 or 6 bolts plus one wire to remove. Simple job too.
