They are definitely slow folks. I ordered a headlight harness sometime last summer. My credit card was charged, then nothing. I then noticed the charge had been removed. I emailed them asking if order had been cancelled. No reply. I gave up and forgot about it until one day I got a harness from them. Sorry I don't remember a timeline but it was a month at least. The quality of the product is good but customer support not so much.

I ordered a headlight harness from RJM also. Nice product. I thought it took a while, but nothing extreme. Sorry you guys are having such issues.

Companies make a new plug for the headlight switch on these trucks. Any parts store should be able to get it.

Yeah, well, they are not going to be in any hurry to send me anything now. I left so many voicemails that it maxed out the mailbox. I also sent them an angry email.
