Hard shift and squeaking when clutch engage?

Sorry if im tying up message board lately, im close to getting this thing finally done. Been running the z5 swap from e40d for about a week with no problems. Yesterday its started squeeking loud when clutch was engaged and then next day hard shifts into 1st 2nd and reverse. Have to slam it...just changed fluid and no change.
