guess its time for rebuild

well noticed water in oil 2 days ago. Rebuild oil cooler and shimed up oil regulator new fluids and it was great till this afternoon. Checked cap prior to leaving work grey **** all inside rad was low so left and babied it home. Just prior to geting to the house oil pressure plumited and engine began to rattle. Slowed way down only about 2 miles from driveway and babied it in left idling in drive slid underneath and yup, knocking. So either cavitation (not likly sca were good and po only used the ford a/f for diesels) or more likely bad head gaskets and something gone kupt in lower end. Think ill pull the motor and do a tear down and see what I have in there then I can decide to either rebuild or replace. gonna have to drive S-10 till I can get ol blue back up again.
