No not that kind, the electronic pulse adapter kind. I had forgotten about buying one, and glad my dad mentioned it this morning or I'd have completely forgotten about it. I'll need it to time my brown trucks engine when Im done and we need it to time just about every other truck around here too. Been doing it by ear, because my luminosity probe broke for my MT1480 meter.
I hope it works well!

The 1480 will work with that Ferret pulse adapter right? It does luminosity and pulse IIRC. Let us know what your results are,

Yes I sure do. My 1480 kit is complete. Even has every luminosity probe snap on made in it. All of them are new minus my 6.9/7.3 one, and it has to be the cracked one. :sigh:
I should probably try selling all of those probes now. maybe make a couple hundie on them???

I'm using the Kent Moore J33300 meter with a Snap on MT 1241 lite. The snapon lite has the adjustment so I can turn up or down the floating timing marks. Then I see what my present timing is set for. Too bad we can't time these beasts like a gasser. Just a-little more twist and thats it... Done...
