Goldies new tip

Didn't want to put this in the title for fear of insane laughter, but Big Ed gave Goldie the stack.

Yup, went junkyardin in Darrins shop last weekend and cleaned up some of Big Ed's old exhaust system.

Got the tip for Goldie and the 4" tailpipe for Mater.

The neighbors are gunna love me know.

Not tossing stones man but looks like you need to move the hanger for it up a little - by the pics it looks like the tip is hanging sort of low it almost looks like it's just below the center line of the axle.

Yup! A bit deeper tone of a tone now.

I know Trav, but with the tail pipe being 4", there is about 1/2" of clearance from the frame crossmember in front of the rear fuel tank. I also tried to move it back but then there is the issue of axle confrontation.
I'm stuck with it where it is at. I'd love to put it up higer but no dice.

Yeah Goldie has parts from at least 6 different trucks so far. Mater? Hehehe that one is gonna be one wild crossbreed by time I get done. Going backwards in years.
