Glow plug test ?

I have an ohm meter to test my glow plugs with, do I need to place one lead on the blade at the top and the other on the tip of the glow plug?

I believe that is how it is done with an ohm meter. a test light is much easier if you have one.

Actually a new beru is about 0.9 ohms, IIRC. Depends on quality of the meter though.
