Glow Plug Controller

Guys,

What should the voltage be on the two heavy lugs on my glow plug controller?

Hiow do I test the controller to see if its working? I check my glow plugs, and they are good, but no click, no WTS?

I really think its the controller but want to test prior to dropping the $$$.

Tools requires are a 12v test lamp and a multimeter > > > it's posted somewhere on this Forum, and of course I can't locate it
