Fuse Spot #16 Non functioning after coin bounces in cigarette lighter

Hello,

A few days ago I was taking a corner on a dirt road, and the bumps threw a small coin into the cigarette lighter. The fuse blew and I replaced it, but the fuse is still not functioning ( no horn, lighter or cruise). Anyone had this issue? Im guessing there is a fusible link, anywhere I should start looking?

On my '86 the horn and the cruise had a relay tucked in under the dash. When the horn and cruise quit I replaced that relay to fix things. Ford, in its greater wisdom, may have built the '89 the same.

I’m having trouble finding the relay. Online people said on the top left of the steering column, but I don’t see it. Anyone know where it would be on an 89?

Found that my replacement fuse was faulty out of packaging. A fuse from a different slot fixed the issue
