On my trucks, there is an O-ring sealed connection between the plastic fuel line and the tank sending unit.
The plastic fuel line piece just slides over the steel "nipple" at the end of each line coming out of the sending unit, and then a retainer is added to keep it in place.
I'm a little concerned about the o-ring/seal in that plastic piece.
Is it possible to replace this?
Or, is there some other better way, hopefully something better than just whacking the end off and using a bit of rubber fuel line to connect the two.
Thoughts?
