here recently i have been avg. 11-13 mpg empty going to and from work, not much over 60 mph driving. 2000-2300k on tach at the most. E4OD with 4.10 gears, hopefully after i get up to moose valley to get my timing squared away i will gain a couple mpg.

T-19 would gain you something. Between lower RPM's needed for moving out, to having a locked up clutch at cruise, it's got to be worth a mile or 2 per gallon.

My RV (class B, a big van with a tall roof, about 8-9K lbs) will do 16.5mpg travelling at around 63mph, and will get up to 19mpg if you go 55 consistently!! That is with a 4:10 rear and a E40D. Seems unaffected by mountains mostly.
