My dad and I started running a WMO mix in our trucks about 2 weeks ago its 10 gallons on kerosene and 40 gallons of WMO is the mix. His truck is fine starts ******* it but runs fine with no problems. My truck after the first half tank the injector pump started leaking around the throttle shaft. Now about 400 miles of WMO running most of my return line caps are also leaking. I turned my injector pump up one flat right before I started running the WMO and the engine I put in my truck sat for almost 2 years outside in a different truck before it got pulled and put in my F350 I have put about 2000 miles on it since it I put it in. The engine is a alliance reman engine with about 40K on it now.

I did check the return line to the tanks and i can blow through it and here the fuel in the tank bubble so its not blocked.

I am in the process of swapping the injector pump and I will change the o rings but its just seams strange that i am getting all of these fuel leaks this engine is the best starting and running 7.3 IDI I have ever had and its never given me problems until now.

Odd... did you simultaneously switch over to an electric fuel pump? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge by chance?

no electric fuel pump and no fuel pressure gauge. I would like to do a electric fuel pump some time in the future. Injector pump and return line caps are now off hope to have it back together tomorrow.

Just a though, but dry seals could be the culprit.
