fuel injector code question

I purchased some injectors and return kit from HERE and received them yesterday. They are Delphis marked code BB. Is this the correct code for the engine in my sig?
I also picked up a set of glow plugs from autozone. Is there any advantage/disadvantage to installing the plugs and injectors all at the same time?

I got a set for mine while I was diagnosing my problems (bent valve). Mine are marked BB also. You should be fine. One word of caution, the o-rings w/ the injector did not fit the return kit. I had to change them over to the return kit's o-ring to get a good seal.

Save your knuckles, change both the injectors and gp while you are in there.

Thanks Joe, I took your advice and used the o-rings from the line kit. I'm glad you told me that since I was planning to put them all on the injectors before I installed them, but was going to use the one's that came with the injectors.
I've got 4 replaced so far. The ones that were in there were code D. Also replaced 3 glow plugs on that side. the 4th unscrewed but would not come out, so I screwed it back in. That's a project for another day. I love my truck but it sucks working on something so high. I especially like the part were I get to crawl in and sit on the radiator cap for an hour at a time.
So is there a reason why the return line has to go under the GP controller? It seems like it would be a lot easier to run it over the top.

I don't think there is any particular way its gotta be routed, it just needs to seal, be away from hot exhaust parts or anything that would catch it plus provide an unobstructed return path to the fuel tank. BB injectors are fine. I think they perform just like Ds, and I think "D" is a stanadyne code while BB is the same thing for Delphi or Lucas. I hate to admit it here, but I am running 7 D injectors and a reman BB Lucas from Napa.

Yep, I got the t-shirt for that one! I did all eight before hand, installed all eight and the went to install the return cap.

As for the retrun, JD is correct. Actually the Bank's turbo kit runs it in front of the intake.

I got it all put back together with new injectors, return line kit, and glow plugs. Turned the key on to let the electric fuel pump run for awhile and she fired right up. Didn't have to bleed the lines or anything. I had one leaking cap that I had to pull off to replace the o-rings, other than that it went pretty smooth. Thanks for all the advice guys.
