Hey guys, just updating this thread with some pics, as I have a camera handy.

I've got two full motors, with the heads off each. One was running, one was not. 89 and an 87.

Blocks
Heads
Cranks
Rods
Pistons (who would buy used pistons? I dont know but what the hell, they are still in the block!)
Intake manifolds
Exhaust manifolds (no broken studs)
Misc nuts/bolts
Valve covers (looking good)
Oil pans
CDR and Grommits (damn near new)
Rebuilt oil cooler with new o rings (got receipts)
Fuel lift pump (damn near new)
Injection pumps/ lines/ injectors/ new return line caps from delphi and 100 vitton o-rings
Fuel filter housing with heaters
Glow plug harness and solenoid/controllers
Glow plugs (damn near new)
Rad hoses
Waterpump (again who would buy a used water pump? I should probably not answer that one)
Fan clutch and fan
Alternator
Power steering pump
AC pump
Vac pump
Brake booster
Starter
DMF/Pressure plate/remanned friction disc(what ever that means)
all new belts

And the list goes on. just think of if you did a cummins swap, what would you have left over.

Free bump, but yes, í have bought a junkyard water pump on a sunday when no parts store had it on a trip. I think it lasted me quite a while, well worth the $12 or so to buy it.
