Yes, but the fuel screw may need to be adjusted for the 7.3. If you are running a turbo it will almost certainly need to be adjusted whether on a 6.9 or 7.3. to compensate for the higher fuel demand. This pump is calibrated for a normally aspirated 6.9

I have a 93 7.3, N/A. I am interested , but want to be sure it will work before I spend the money. I see that you have it listed for earlier engines. What is the difference in the years?

your foot or your motor will never notice the difference.
there's more than enough fuel to feed your 7.3 without messing with the fuel screw. you may have to transfer over some small parts where the VRV/fipl switch goes if you have a E4DOA trans. the VRV doesn't need the extra stuff. otherwise it's a bolt-n-go.
