Where is a good place to find those tool boxes that mount under a flatbed to the frame of trucks??

I got a 84 F350 and I am wanting just that.

I am also wondering if anyone makes heavy duty style bumpers for old fords such as mine??

Try craigslist. I picked up a nice reading box for my flatbed for $50 but I may end up selling it and make some custom ones. If you search craigslist use words like "underbed or underbody" I had more luck finding some that way.

I'd try Tractor Supply and Northern Tool.
Also any of your big Rig parts dealers or trailer sales should have some as they are used on Flatbed/drop deck trailers for storage too.

In this area I found that Tractor Supply usually has the better deals on new ones.

Junk yards get them on trucks but craigslist could be your best bet. An uncommon source is to go by construction companies that have large fleets and see if any trucks are being used for parts or are being taken out of service. Maybe you can get lucky there in more ways than one. A few years ago I bought 2 large boxes for my tow truck for $33 from a local auction
