Well the Motor came out without a hitch. Had it out by 10:30 this morning. Tanya went and got rocker cover gaskets, Oil & filter, Antifreeze, while we degreased the motor we are putting in. We put new glow plugs in replaced the gaskets and had the motor ready to put in by 1. Backed the motor back over the hole and dropped her in. Then the Wrecker we were using desided it was its turn to have some work done to it. after an hour and a half of working on the wrecker (DAMN CHEVY) we got back to putting the motor in. we caught total hell getting the transmission lined back up. After much 
We finally said the hell with it and dropped the tranny. Set the motor in its cradal and found that the clutch plate was not lined up just right causing us all or problems.
Realign the clutch plate and finally got it in. as the sunn was setting.
Will start bright and early in the morning doing the final touches shuold be running by noon if all goes well.
