Yup you read it right...they want my truck... cookoo I received a letter from a Ford dealership who has repaired my truck in the past. They say that they need to acquire several pre-owned '97 F-350 PSDs to fulfill special used vehicle requests...and they want me to get a KIA cookoo on the "generous" trade-in values they claim to offer.

ARE THEY NUTS OR WHAT? cookoo

If anything, I'd trade it in for a Jetta TDI...BUT that'll never happen ever.

Who in their right mind would do such a thing. cookoo Do they actually think anyone would take them up on this? LOL They are asking you to trade in something that they admit is in high demand and in return you get a good deal on a KIA :puke: Which dealer was this? They must think their customers are real STUPID

Isn't KIA made by GM? I say go for it, not like you need a truck or anything. ;Sweet

Where Big Trucks FLY!
I get those letters every time theres a big sales promotion or it looks like thier not moving a lot of new cars. I have no doubt in my mind that they have no intention of giving me "Special Treatment" because I have something they want. Its just a letter to get previous customers back on the lot to **** em again.

Man I wish i owned a stealership.

Either the dealer or an outside marketing co. generates the letter based on the date vehicle was sold and/or the mileage when you last came in for service. I used to train dealership employees on generating those letters!

BTW-Kia is owned by Hyundai...
