Tailgate is not perfect but no rust.There is some small dents on the top of the bed rails but bed caps will cover them

The tool boxes are also for sale Weatherguards(7.5') $400 for the pair. Not perfect but usable

You live in the rust free south, so finding a 23-13 year old bed is pretty easy for you. Up here things start to rot in 2 years, so clean beds are hard to find

Exactly. If a set of tires is between 100-200 . A crew cab from PA to IA is 800. So i would say a bed from KY to PA would be 500+
