finally got it apart

so quick update on rebuild,,,,found a 1990 e350 shuttle bus with a verified 54,000 miles on it and the guy only wants $1000 so going to pick up motor on monday and get preped for install cant wait to see the black smoke rolling out the stacks again

Wow, that was luck.

I called a guy on Craigslist a couple weeks back that had a supposedly rebuilt engine for sale but when I got there, it was sitting in his warehouse all filthy dirty like it had just come out of the truck.

The guy told me he paid 2400 bucks to have it rebuilt and make him an offer.

I walked away shaking my head.


There is a uhal dealer down off of Boulder hwy that sells early 90's van cab and chassis pretty cheap, supposedly less than 50,000 miles on the rebuilds.
