Thanks to a member I have some new flanges that will work with a little mod in the mill, And I have a pipe being test made at the exhaust shop, aluminized and stainless available, they will be 2 piece. and not mandrel.

Thanks for the effort, Russ. This will allow me to be more comfortable in wrapping my pipes. I have held off in doing this because I heard they may rust out faster being wrapped.

you didn't account for a truck going through a deep puddle. the wrapping is sure to get wet.
